Anti-Spam Policy

This is the policy Hineva follows for all email we send, including any message that mentions findhineva.com or any other domain we operate. It applies to every person sending on our behalf.

What we send

We send business-to-business outreach to business contact addresses. Our messages are commercial in nature and we describe them as such. We do not pretend our outreach is anything other than what it is.

Rules we hold ourselves to

• Business addresses only. We do not send our outreach to personal or consumer email addresses.
• Every message can be stopped. Every commercial message we send contains a working unsubscribe link.
• Opt-outs are permanent and immediate. When someone unsubscribes or asks us to stop, we stop, and that address is not contacted again.
• A reply is enough. You do not have to find the unsubscribe link. Replying and asking us to stop has the same effect.
• We identify ourselves honestly. Our real company name and a working reply address appear in every message. We do not forge headers or disguise who is sending.
• No affiliates, no third-party senders. Nobody else is authorised to send email advertising our domains or products. We do not use affiliate marketers, lead resellers or outsourced senders.
• No purchased consumer data. We do not buy consumer mailing lists.
• Low volume. We send at a low, deliberate rate rather than in bulk.

What we will never do

• Send to an address after being asked to stop
• Sell, rent or share our contact data with anyone else
• Hide or disguise the origin of a message
• Use a false sender name, false reply address, or misleading subject line

Abuse reports go to admin@hineva.com. This mailbox is monitored. We treat reports as a problem to fix, not a complaint to argue with.
